OUR STORY
At The Empowerment Place, we believe healing is possible, and transformation is within reach. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our mission is to empower underserved communities with the tools, support, and spiritual care needed to break cycles of trauma, addiction, and disconnection.

Our approach combines faith-based principles with practical, evidence-based strategies to help individuals and families break free from cycles of pain, trauma, and stagnation. We focus on:

FAITH-BASED COUNSELING & TRAUMA RECOVERY
We provide counseling and trauma recovery support to help individuals and families confront unresolved pain and begin their healing journey.
MENTORING & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Our mentoring and coaching programs empower youth, adults, and leaders to discover purpose and develop their potential.
RELATIONSHIP & FAMILY ENRICHMENT WORKSHOPS
Through coaching, workshops, and lay counseling, we help couples and families build stronger, healthier relationships.
CONSULTING & CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
We partner with nonprofits, churches, and schools to design programs and curricula that transform communities.
COMMUNITY ADVOCACY & WATER QUALITY
We raise awareness around critical issues impacting communities, including access to safe drinking water and environmental health.
